Journey 1 : FIRST DRAFT

1 hour assessment including pulse reading, questionnaire and visual assessment. Review health history, daily routine and diet, sleep hygiene, stressors and goals. 1 hour follow up visit to discuss Ayurvedic principles that would be most beneficial including things to avoid, herbal supplements to discuss with PCP and behavioral rasayanas.

Journey 2 : The Editor

This journey includes everything mentioned in the first draft but includes an additional 30 minute zoom follow up call, 6 day a week accountability coaching and a free Transformational Coaching session. The Editor Journey is a 4 week committment and includes membership into the Main Character Club for life.

Journey 3 : The Hero's Journey

This package includes ALL aspects of the First Draft and Editors Journey but includes a ONE YEAR commitment towards total transformation. This option is particularly helpful for anyone battling chronic disease, major life changes, mental/emotional health issues, trauma/abuse and addiction. The first 3 months focus on removal of causative factors, the following 3 on adding easy adjustments, the next 3 on intensifying changes and more challenging coaching sessions and the final 3 months on maintenance and slow removal of accountability coaching.
